Obstacles are scary shits when you take your eyes off your Goals.

Today is Day 25 of #ProjectShredded30 Unfortunately, 3 days ago I felt a mild pain around my groin area. True enough, yesterday I was diagnosed with something that will limit me from lifting heavy for the time being.

Now I have to revised the Strength Training Program to a Deload Week, with no lower body compound exercise. WTF, this is so tough to stay off!

Still am FOCUSED on completing this mini transformation project; when life gives you lemon, fucking take that lemon & throw back at life #StillCountingMacros #NoMediocrity #5DaysOut
